A hybrid Billy build with a heavy* focus on melee I kinda suck so it might not be too good but ill edit and add annotations to everything eventually maybe probably. I will put update logs for the 0 people and myself who check this. 7/21: trying new early orders and reminding myself to be more aggresive 7/18: decided to move away from maxing ram but still getting it earlier. also moved all melee items towards when you'd max out bashdown
