Description
-Uses radiant regen just as good as shiv/geist so you should buy it and live forever. Also procs off merc mag. -Healing booster also amping our ult to 90% lifesteal is slept on. Obviously needed for the Radiant Regen but good for his overall kit. -Skill order can be changed AFTER 1-1-1-3-3-3. I prefer 2-2-2-4-4-4 or 4-4-2-2-2-4.
