Description
You usually want tier 1 & 2 on your rend for trades in lane. Your ult has insane value so its up to when you want to max it, but it depends on how fights are going, I would usually max it third after you get your rend and bloodscent. stalkers mark gives healing reduction now so its much better tier 3 than it used to be.
