Description
The best hover you could ask for, bringing tons of damage and CC in the form of Silence and Slow. Starts as a slow/silence hover. Pivots to gun/debuff via Inhibitor, Silencer, etc. Can also pivot to a soft support if behind on souls (extreme circumstances).
