Use your gun like a shotgun in lane. Shield self, trade, heal twice off restortive shot per trade. Get ALL THE BOXES during lane, even over killing enemies. Push wave so you can get boxes at 2 minutes. Get more boxes, you have 15-17 move speed Get more boxes Left to right, but with these exceptions: Vs. Aggressive enemies, rush toxic bullets Vs. scardy cat enemies that aren't trading, skip restoritive shot Get Trophy Hunter earlier if you think you'll get stacks.
