Explanation

So. What is this build? TL;DR, you shoot people hard and heal just as hard. How's it work? You shoot at people, which causes Tesla Bullets and Toxic Bullets to trigger, doing a LOT of spirit damage on top of your gun damage. Mercurial Magnum helps this, and negates the whole problem of reloading taking forever. As a bonus, this keeps the gun spun up! So, between Siphon Bullets, Leech, and Medical Specter (your 2), you also get Healing Tempo to boost your attack speed even more! With that out of the way, have fun :30 items
