ttv/JaxyDL - You need to understand how to play this build / victor for it to work, it's not noob friendly any questions come to my twitch Generally; buy all lane items, get green spike (at least, I normally buy both vest/emblem/enduring, sometimes healbane/reducer depending) then buy hunters aura & heroic aura and start fighting, you have a lot of utility to catch people and slow them
