Description
This build is inherently better at low elo where there are longer games. If you do not get access to the jungle this this build is very inoptimal. However if my other build is too hard, this one will let you rush unstop and long ult by unlocking the move speed on your ult earlier and get to the more expensive powerspikes quicker.
