Description
Tankbop got nerfed pretty hard but it's still good if you can get fed early. If you lose lane it's almost impossible to build it since bebop can't farm AND if the enemies can't proc witchmail, it's a useless buy. If lane goes bad, pivot ult/bomb build. If lane goes well, go tanky. FULLY ANNOTATED | NOT L->R USE YOUR BRAIN. NEVER GET TIER 3 BOMB IT'S USELESS WITHOUT SELF-CAST
