Description
Queue the whole build if you don't like reading and it will work. New patch means we can build straight fire rate and get damage from our snipe kills! Abusing the ability to buy lightning scroll after the new update. Allows us to chain stuns on anyone until they stop getting up, gives us a ton of value late game.
