extra notes:
this build is just how i like to play, i'm not eternus (i can't even play ranked, i don't have 15 wins on 3 chars, i only play vindicta, and worst of all, my aim sucks). it's basically a hybrid m1 skirmisher. to me, vin is not the type of char that sits in lane/jg and farms, you need to stack and snowball. i play fast and aggressive, but i take regular detours to keep my economy up, don't let it fall behind. i like to hit all 3 investment spikes at 4800 first, then build into other items depending on the match/my needs. this build has a notable lack of t2/t3 gun items compared to other builds because they've been intentionally shaved down to build into the lightning scroll package, if you don't want to run that package then buy boundless or t2/3 gun items instead. i am a firm believer in lightning scroll though, it's got incredible flexibility if you can use it correctly and can actually hit your stunning snipes0 items
