Description
This is and edit of the Lightbringer's mirage build, but some changes based on what was changed in the patch. djinn's mark is now affected by cd reduction so you can apply it super fast if you have a lot of cd reduction. This build trys to lean into that. I edited most of the comments to make them my own, but some of his original ones remain in the 6k section.
