owl and rain of arrows early-mid game, charged arrow spirit burst late-game. focused on attempting to maximize owl opportunities while also reaching consistent tempo if things don't align. tends to lead to fairly consistent performance even during tough games if you play smart. maxing owl first is greedy so get tier 2 rain of arrows first if you're scared or if your lane is hard
