ULT:

popping ult too early into a gank/fight can cause enemies to flee. Instead, ult mid fight to blind them, this also guarentees a stack off ulted targets. Also don't be afraid to use ult to help you or teammates escape tricky situations, contest midboss, or cause general chaos0 items
