Description
The password is 2 1 3 1 with a spice of 4. Spirit items on Billy may seem stupid but they are great because everything (except half of bash damage) scales on spirit. Billy is a powerful hero that has tons of space for counter building. You should always look at the enemy to see what you should counter build against. If they are not building resistances more damage is always better than shred. Best combo is probably chain into colossus into vortex into alchemical fire
