Why Escalating Exposure?
Optional(OUTDATED) EE has a cooldown of 0.7 seconds before it ticks up again. This is a fairly short window that can actually be further shortened with transcendent cooldown, but I don't usually build that item, so I'm not going to reference that math. This is pretty significant just because of how Sinclair's kit works. For example, the difference between the travel time of your bolts, and your Assistant's projectiles. Assuming you are shooting someone while bolting them, which is what you should be doing 99% of the time, because of the slow travel time of the bolts, by the time they connect, you should be benefiting from at least some of EE's amplification. This is proportional to how far away you are to your target, which is pretty nice because Sinclair's bolts also do more damage the longer they travel. When your initial bolts connect, this procs spirit burn if your Assistant didn't already, which is also being heavily benefited by EE's damage amp to do more damage itself. Now, regardless if your Assistant is doing damage, Spirit Burn kindly automatically keeps ticking EE up for you, and this makes your next set of bolts hit extremely hard. Keep in mind the recent rapid recharge nerfs, they actually work to make EE better because it delays the time between each volley of bolts.0 items
