Description
Edited version of the "Hydration Deadlock NLP Melee Abrams Build" build. This build is great in low lobbies. used this build to climb from Arcanist 5 to emissary 1 after getting deranked like crazy from the shop patch (was ritualist 5 before). I GET CHARGE TO T3 LATE SO MANAGE YOUR CHARGE BETTER or just by t3 charge sooner than I do but it's not needed. just play around your cooldowns
