Rapid Recharge Rant
OptionalRapid Recharge is pretty mid as it does not benefit Wraith's gameplay loop all that much. She can not cycle all her cards in time in most instances, and with ricochet, in team fights, where this item is useful, she can build a new card fast enough to outdo the 2 cards that can be saved pre fight. This item is bait, better spent on Recharging rush, something that is half the cost... and before you say "But Ricochet is double the price", the item also have significantly more value just in general to Wraith kit than Rapid Recharge ever will be. Just put the Recharging rush in the bag...0 items
