Description
I struggled with Viscous for a while. Then I had a thought, "What if I stacked negative resitances with Express shot?" And here we are. Used and tested in Ascendant 5 and 6 Lobbies. Hopefully you can get some good uses out of this build. If you ever have any questions, I usually browse the Viscous Channel in the Discord server. @me and I'll try to answer your question.
