Description
This is kinda an odd build, but I think it can work really well. Better than the alternatives. Hybrid Victor is better than pure spirit Victor, since you're leaving so much damage and sustain potential on the table late game for +20% extra spirit damage with items like Torment Pulse and Scourge.
