Description
Its centered around the bonus attack speed from quicksilver, veil is a great item early if you are ahead dont buy it if behind, so dont leave your lane to die for cheese ganks if you cant trust your laner to keep it up. If they need help stay as long as needed. But if you arent getting anything and feeding in lane go off and roam the jungle to hit your powerspikes earlier.
