This build lets you fast farm to econ boom into a build that gives you HYPER mobility to KIDNAP the enemy carry in your dome while COOKING them with damage over time spells that ALL STACK AT ONCE while SUPER HEALING yourself and allowing a 100% guaranteed escape afterward!

Info:

Cast Ice Path then magic carpet to zoom around. Decay your target and arctic beam them, then cast dome over them and use scourge and unstoppable while throwing frost grenades. Before the dome ends you can re-ice path then magic carpet to safety. While waiting on dome cooldown, fly around and heal team mates or bombard the enemy with nades and decays from range. Jungling:

Once Arctic Beam is maxed out just press 3 to clear medium camps. Large camps melt once you get Escalating Exposure, weave in grenades to clear them faster. With how fast you move it's better to just deep push lanes than jungle. Your self heal makes you so hard to stop.0 items

Right as you drop Ice Dome you can warp out of it, trapping people. It's tough to time.1 items
