Description
(Vexing Bolt Build) it makes your bolts pretty strong, you are mainly a backliner and can be good for deadling heavy damage during teamfights or just fights alone. If you prefer to upgrade bolt early first do that but make sure to atleast put one point into assistant for CD reduction Still being tested with some stuff.
