Description
Using zzerials "mathamatically corrrect victor" as a baseline, this a late game "semi-hybrid" victor I have been toying with the past while. Basic idea is "what if pain battery, but more!" in the form of Blood Tribute combined with other items to make a very aggresive and late scaling build that suffers early to early mid game really hard then suddenly switches on. I'm miles off zzerials skill so full credit to him for his contributions and his great vibes <3
