I like playing MIXED burst damage, cooldown reduction, assassin, sustain dps, high mobility POCKET and this build helps me reach those goals! SKILL ORDER IS NOT FOR EVERY GAME I find some games I need to teleport more than satchel so either or is fine. Depending on the game either put all CD REDU into ulti or satchel.
