Description
Prioritize Cloak T1 and Case T2 damage spikes. ALWAYS max Affliction first for obvious reasons. Max Cloak next for insane uptime and faster farming/trading rotations. IF buying gun invest, might not need cloak as often for farming, so you could max barrage instead for the amp. 'Tis a matter of preference. Always max case last, as IMO it is the least valuable T3 by far
