Laning Phase

Monster Rounds is a must have for early wave pressure. Extra Charge synergizes well with the early leveling of Kinetic Pulse. Compress Cooldown is a very necessary item only after you've used your first ult in order to efficiently reduce ult cooldown right when you need it. Extra Regen and Healing Rite for lane survivability. Sprint Boots (roaming and disengage) and Extra Stamina (follow-up for poking with Kinetic Pulse) for better maneuverability.7 items

Mid-Game Power Spike Items

Arcane Surge is a massive power spike in the mid game and should be bought first. It's passive increases the reach of all abilities, the duration of Singularity and Rejuvenating Aurora, and gives increased Spirit power for enhanced aggression. Rescue Beam should be built second only if you need the utility of its pull or you need the extra healing to help a carry who is being perma-targeted. Otherwise, the cooldown and Spirit stat boosts from Enchanter's Emblem are broken, and you should be in the process fully leveling Rejuvenating Aurora at this point anyways.3 items

Ult Enhancers

Warp Stone is an obvious pick as it helps you blink into the enemy team to get off an unsuspecting Singularity. Mystic Expansion makes it easier to reach enemies with ult, and Duration Extender helps lock down enemies by keeping them in your ult for longer. These both can be further upgraded to increase the range of Kinetic Pulse and the range of length of Rejuvenating Aurora if needed, but is not necessary.3 items

Depending on the current game state and the role you're playing, these items are must buys. Rapid Recharge for more Kinetic Pulse charges to initiate and disrupt the enemy team. Refresher and Diviner's Kevlar for more ult potential. Transcendent Cooldown to further decrease cooldowns and also give item cooldown reduction. Healing Tempo for increased heals, team fire rate, and team move speed.5 items

Extra Notes

Kinetic Pulse is upgraded early on in laning phase to apply pressure on your lane opponents and the wave. Right after, ult should be upgraded twice so it can be further enhanced by the benefits of Arcane Surge, which should be built early on. From there, Rejuvenating Aurora should be fully upgraded asap in order to get value out of its final upgrade. It's up to you to decide if you want the increased damage and extra charge from Kinetic Pulse's final upgrade first, or the percent health damage from Singularity's final upgrade. Finally, Quantum Entanglement, although a very key ability to Dynamo, should be upgraded last as it doesn't give much synergy with this build. Once you start one-shotting waves with Kinetic Pulse, you can sell Monster Rounds to free up a slot if needed.0 items
