Shout Out to my buddy Byrd for falling in love with Victor Blorbostein, I probably wouldn't have played him otherwise. Pretty basic L->R Build with alternative options. Tried to lean more into hybrid damage than classic victor lifesteal builds do. Contains Mild Annotations. Spikes in order are: Green, Purple, Orange.
