Billy is best at sticking to people and cc spam, which makes things like Scourge and Colossus so core on him, I personally find duration extender and trophy to be super effective on him since he doesnt need to focus towers as much and is moreso walking map pressure. The hardest part about this guy is learning how to buy around YOUR team comp (if the team is mobile, grab slowing or knockdown for your team, or curse to shutdown carries)0 items

TOP SECRET TIPS

best late dmg item is berserker+Hunters aura. only get hunters if one of your teammates havent, otherwise consider heroic aura. siphon and frenzy are both top tier buys but for different situations, grab siphon if lots of tanks (and TCD if you can afford) scourge is skippable if you have a support willing to get it for you. if leaning tank consider curse to help secure picks with your carry. have fun :30 items
