Restorative Shot->Battle Vest (for a t4 green) or Rapid Recharge (for a t4 spirit)->t3 green (for a t4 green)->resell Cheat Death

Build guide:

Buy from "Early Game" left to right. You might grab one item (with its upgrade) from the "Lane optional" if the situation is dire. Afterwards, choose a tier 3 item from "Green". If your team has many gun heroes you can buy "Heroic Aura" for the first rift before the green items. Or you can buy one spirit counter item from "Counters" after closing your green invest if your support players are doing some dumb gun builds. If you didn't choose any item from "Counters" buy all items from "Mid Game" except "Extra Charge" and "Rapid Recharge" (you can buy in order, but it's more situational). At the end, buy the items from "Late Game". If there are several heroes that deal spirit damage over some period of time (i.e. Seven, Infernus, Shiv, ...), buy "Witchmail" first. If there are none, choose one item from "Late green optional" and buy it before or after "Transcendent Cooldown".

Lane

You can deal good damage in trades from your first ability and you can clear waves quicker with it. Try to use your first three abilities off cooldown in lane. I'll add info on hero synergies later

Mid

Try to be in every IMPORTANT team fight, those include Rifts, defending Walkers, Mid Boss' pit fights. Your 4th ability will help out your team substantially. You can even rotate with it to help your team. Meanwhile, you can farm camps super quickly, as your second ability reduces the neutrals' bullet res and first does enough AOE damage (you can use your first to clear waves, too). Try to buy active items to shut down strong enemy players

Late

Support your team with your 4th ability buff and reducing enemy bullet res with your 2nd and hoving some sort of CC and extra damage with your 1st. "Eat" bullet damage with your 3rd for your team

'Sustain'

Your main 'sustain' comes from your shield. It isn't sustain at all, your base lifesteal (without any items) is capped out at 75%, but it literally prevents incoming damage. So you have to press 3 before the fight, as soon as it comes of cooldown during the fight

Combos

Rotate quickly for crucial fights with your 4th (even from the other side of the map) or via tunnels (you can use them). In fights use your 3rd as much as possible. Try to draft (lmao no drafts in a moba game) with gun heroes. Use your 2nd (to reduce bullet res) on enemies, then 1st (to deal bullet damage and slow them down) and shoot. You can 'frontline' in teamfights, but don't overextend from your teammates and your 4th ability radius
